just make all of us actors and stuff moderators and then create another rank called Fan or Member or something. Then make the notice and jobs and video updates and stuff section part of a subforum called "work area" or something like that. Then move everything else not work related to a subforum called "fan area" or general area or something like that. THen make the "work area" forum are only visible to moderators.
